Sonar is driving the future of agent-centric software development, and as Director of Revenue Enablement, you will lead the global enablement function across Sonar’s go-to-market organisation, spanning Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams. The role involves defining and executing a multi-year enablement roadmap, leading a global enablement team, and designing onboarding and ongoing readiness programmes.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS revenue or sales enablement
- 4+ years leading a global enablement function
- Demonstrated track record of improving ramp time, win rate, and quota attainment
- Hands-on experience with the modern enablement tech stack (LMS, CMS, sales engagement, conversation intelligence)
- Ability to drive consistent adoption of a structured qualification framework (MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, or equivalent)
- Effective communication and facilitation skills
- Strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Passion for building inclusive, high-performing teams
