Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Operations, ideally in the B2B SaaS field
- Strong HubSpot knowledge, preferably complemented by relevant certifications
- Strong analytical understanding and pleasure in deriving concrete recommendations from data
- Experience in building dashboards, reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Interest in AI, prediction, automation, and data-driven Go-to-Market steering
- Experience with adjacent tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or BI tools (MS PowerBI)
- Secure German and English language skills
