CRM / Revenue Operations Manager (m/w/d)

Shape the future of digital B2B commerce with us by strengthening our Go-to-Market teams as a CRM / Revenue Operations Manager. In this role, you will elevate our CRM / Go-to-Market-Engine technically, data-based, and process-oriented to the next level.

Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Marketing Operations, ideally in the B2B SaaS field
  • Strong HubSpot knowledge, preferably complemented by relevant certifications
  • Strong analytical understanding and pleasure in deriving concrete recommendations from data
  • Experience in building dashboards, reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
  • Interest in AI, prediction, automation, and data-driven Go-to-Market steering
  • Experience with adjacent tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Outreach, or BI tools (MS PowerBI)
  • Secure German and English language skills
