Beam is seeking a Head of Sales to lead and drive revenue growth, build strategic relationships, and shape the future of our sales strategy. As a fast-growing startup, we’re looking for a passionate and visionary leader who can make a direct impact on the world.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in sales, with at least 2-3 years managing and scaling a sales team in a high-growth startup environment
  • A strong history of exceeding sales targets, driving growth, and building long-lasting, mutually beneficial partnerships
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or relevant equivalent experience)
  • Highly analytical, using data and metrics to shape decisions and strategies
  • Ability to clearly articulate the vision of Beam and inspire both internal and external stakeholders
