Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality Android applications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Android expertise in creating fluid, responsive user interfaces
- Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Jetpack Compose
- Adept at reactive programming with Kotlin Coroutines and Flows
- Fluent in MVI or MVVM development
- Care deeply about product quality and performance
- Thrive in cross-functional environments, partnering effectively with product, design, and backend peers
- Are comfortable using data and experimentation (SQL, Snowflake, A/B testing) to guide decisions
- Communicate clearly and drive alignment across teams in ambiguous, fast-changing environments
- Have a growth mindset, taking ownership from concept to launch while mentoring others along the way
