Power BI Engineer

Everstar agency is looking for a Power BI Engineer to develop, support, and enhance analytics solutions and dashboards, transforming data into clear and valuable business analysis to make effective management decisions.

Requirements

  • Communication with stakeholders: clarifying requirements, decomposing tasks, validating target logic implementation in accordance with business needs
  • Analysis of systems with BA/SA: clarifying data flow that meets target business tasks in existing accounting systems for high-quality formation of needs and target data representation on DWH level
  • Data modeling: creating logical data models for convenient and fast analytics and forming development tasks for target DWH screens
  • EDA: primary data analysis to check data integrity, completeness, and ability to use as system sources for reporting
  • Dashboard development: creating interactive Power BI dashboards according to company standards, reflecting key KPIs and being intuitively understandable and responding to current business requests
  • Progress tracking: systematic and daily work in JIRA/Confluence with fixing work results, including preparing user and technical documentation for developed reports
  • Data quality and reporting control: monitoring data integrity, detecting and eliminating errors in reporting, and controlling updates
  • Ad-hoc analytics: handling occasional analytical requests to answer critical business questions
