This position is responsible for leading a team of Sales Representatives, resulting in improved sales, expense and profit performance, and better service to wholesale customers.
Requirements
- Manage employee training, development, and performance management for Sales Reps
- Monitor sales dollars, gallons, gross margin, and other metrics for each territory
- Partner with local store and branch management to ensure customer needs are met
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
