Hostinger is looking for a Head of Product Operations to work with Product Managers and optimize processes for efficiency. The team’s goal is to enable Product Managers to focus on strategic decision-making by eliminating irrelevant procedures, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless execution through efficient tools, workflows, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- Experience in Product Management / Ownership, Product Operations, Executive Business Administration or similar roles.
- Familiarity with OKR planning, roadmap building.
- Proactive approach in identifying areas for process improvement and suggesting new templates or tools.
- Understanding business/product metrics.
- Strong common sense and tech-savviness, natural love for tech products.
- Top-notch planning skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- Strong attention to details, ensuring accuracy in document creation and information distribution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior team leads and various departments.
- Familiarity with Tableau, Amplitude, Miro, and Atlassian products is a plus.
