We’re looking for an AI SEO Manager/ AM who blends technical mastery with AI-driven thinking to manage the full SEO lifecycle strategy, implementation, automation, and optimization while leading complex projects across teams.
Requirements
- 3-6 years of hands-on SEO experience (preferably in high-volume content environments like Gaming, SaaS)
- Strong technical foundation: HTML, schema markup, crawl budget management, Core Web Vitals, site architecture.
- Experience managing complex SEO projects end-to-end preferably involving multiple content verticals and large datasets.
- Working knowledge of AI tools for SEO (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, SurferSEO, Clearscope, etc.) and how to integrate them in workflows.
- Familiarity with automation or scripting (Python, n8n, Google Apps Script) is a strong plus.
- Ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and prioritize effectively across stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and project-management skills.
- Experience with programmatic SEO or AI-generated content at scale.
- Understanding of multi-touch attribution models and SEO’s role in full-funnel analytics.
- Prior experience managing SEO teams or agency partners.
