Reddit is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join their Go-to-Market Systems team, supporting the Global Sales Organization. The role involves leading cross-functional initiatives, partnering with GTM leadership, and driving project impact.
Requirements
- 8+ years of overall experience in technical program management roles, with at least 4 years focused on supporting sales or revenue organizations.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- A team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive and curious by nature, with creative problem-solving skills.
- Pragmatic, with an iterative approach to developing processes and systems.
- Technical depth and judgment.
- Analytical problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.
- Strong working knowledge of sales tools ecosystem (i.e. CRM, Marketing Automation, CPQ, etc.)
- Experience with digital advertising or ads monetization is a huge plus.
