Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Solid Power is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our talented team. This role will play a key part in driving forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, as well as providing financial insights to support key business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related fields.
  • 3+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting or corporate finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, data analysis); experience with ERP and BI tools (e.g., SAP/SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau, etc.) highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, underlying financial data, and performance metrics.
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to both financial and non-financial audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders.
