Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, and regional management reporting
- Strong analytical skills, with solid working knowledge of Excel, PowerBI and exposure to systems like SAP/BW and Anaplan
- Ability to work independently with good judgment and accountability
- Experience in FMCG or shared services environments preferred
- Familiarity with global finance processes, performance management cycles, and matrix organizations
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management capabilities
