Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role
  • Proven track record in retention, renewals, and expansion
  • Native or fluent German and fluent English
  • Commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, Vitally)
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
