We’re hiring a hands-on marketing ops specialist to own the day-to-day execution of our marketing tech stack for a 6-month contract with possibility of extension. This is a remote, international-friendly role.
Requirements
- Strong working experience in GoHighLevel — workflows, email templates, contact lists, custom fields.
- Solid HubSpot experience (email, workflows, lists, contact management).
- Zapier proficiency — building and troubleshooting cross-platform integrations.
- Experience with Intercom or similar in-app messaging platforms (banners, emails, series).
- Comfortable building and editing pages in Webflow, ClickFunnels, or GHL page builder.
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel skills for data reporting.
