Requirements
- Proven experience in a senior digital marketing leadership role within a complex, multi-channel environment
- Deep expertise across SEO, SEM/PPC, paid media, CRO, analytics and CX
- Strong commercial mindset with experience driving growth, leads and conversion outcomes
- Hands-on experience working with AI, LLMs, marketing automation and personalisation technologies
- Experience partnering with IT and Operations, ideally within enterprise or Salesforce environments
- Confident stakeholder leader with agency management experience
- A test-and-learn mindset and passion for delivering exceptional digital experiences
