Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred in economics and technical sciences
  • Min. 5-year experience in managing a min. 30-person sales team as a sales manager, call center
  • High analytical skills
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software, experience in analysis and preparing reports
  • Proficient knowledge of English to enable free communication with other managers and the company’s headquarters in Berlin
  • Proficient knowledge of Polish to enable free communication with sales team members
  • High personal skills
  • Self-discipline and good organization of work
  • Willingness to participate in occasional national and European delegations
