Role Overview
The Learning Design and Enablement Manager will join the Enterprise Learning & Development team to build applied learning experiences that strengthen leadership, professional, and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. The role will translate business needs into practical, scenario-based learning that supports lasting behavior change, scalable enablement, and measurable business impact.
What You Will Do
Design and develop applied learning solutions based on identified capability needs, using real business scenarios and workflows. Partner with functional enablement leads, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to integrate learning into existing programs and team practices.

Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in instructional design, learning design, or a related learning and development role
- Experience designing scenario-based learning grounded in real business workflows and focused on behavior change
- Ability to identify patterns across stakeholder needs and create reusable frameworks, content, and learning experiences
- Experience embedding measurement and evaluation into learning solutions
- Working knowledge of instructional design methods such as Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE)
- Strong project management, facilitation, communication, and independent decision-making skills
