Role Overview
As a Market Manager for the region Norden, you will be responsible for the retail markets assigned to you, strengthen the presence of Microsoft Xbox at the point of sale, and support market workers and sales promoters in achieving their goals.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include market management & sales, POS excellence, retail training, promoter management, reporting & analysis, and interface function.

Requirements
- Experience in the field, retail, sales, merchandising, or as a sales promoter
- Ideally experience in the field of consumer electronics, gaming, or technology
- Excellent communication skills and confident appearance
- Talent for counseling, presentation, and transmission of product knowledge
- Experience in conducting training, coaching, or team meetings
- Structured, independent, and reliable working method
- Understanding of sales key figures and ability to derive measures from them
- Safe handling of digital tools, CRM systems, and Microsoft Teams
- Readiness to take responsibility for a defined region and own projects
- Enthusiasm for Microsoft Xbox, gaming, and innovative technology

- Remuneration: 3,500 € monthly fixed salary plus 500 € variable bonus
