Business Intelligence Analyst

The Business Intelligence Analyst helps advance the Company Analytics Department initiative to deliver data-driven-decisions to our clients through continual improvement of existing and future programs.

Requirements

  • Experience with GIS/Geospatial tools such as ESRI ARCGIS, QGIS, and/or E-Spatial
  • Power BI or similar application
  • Dash boarding experience
  • Experience with large data sets/databases
  • Solid understanding of VLOOKUPS and advanced Excel functions
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant programs; business, analytics, economics, etc.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience gathering and analyzing data
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI (or similar BI tool), Power Query, and PowerPoint
  • Analytically minded with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of data query, cleaning, and transformation
  • Ability to interpret, visualize, and deliver clear and concise recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player mentality
  • Self-starter with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • Ability to adapt to a client-driven work environment
