Role Overview
Elevate Now is looking for a Growth Product Manager to own the acquisition and activation funnel for our digital health and pharmacy offerings. You will drive efficient, scalable user growth through data-driven experimentation, channel strategy, and conversion optimization across the journey from first touch to repeat purchase and monetization.
What You Will Do
Own acquisition and activation metrics, design and run A/B tests, optimize the first-order journey, build and scale growth loops, and work with performance marketing and CRM teams on channel strategy.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have 2 to 3 years in product or growth, with a track record of experiments that moved core funnel metrics in B2C or B2B2C settings. Hands-on experience at an e-pharmacy, online healthcare, or pharmacy marketplace platform.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years in product or growth
- Hands-on experience at an e-pharmacy, online healthcare, or pharmacy marketplace platform
- Working SQL for cohort analysis, funnel deep-dives, event and query design, and experiment readouts
- Comfort with GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar tools, and strong spreadsheet skills
- Hypothesis-driven thinking, sound prioritization, and strong cross-functional collaboration
