Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive professional experience
- 5+ years in senior growth, commercial, or general management roles with direct accountability for revenue, margin, and P&L performance
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, payor, or other highly regulated, reimbursement-driven environments is highly valued
- Experience in market access, pricing strategy, reimbursement, or payor engagement strongly preferred
