Role Overview
As a Senior Account Manager, you will drive the day-to-day workflow of your client’s business, developing a broader understanding of their business needs and competitive set. You’ll work closely with the project team to help the agency deliver on its vision of being a globally influential creative company.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for managing complex multi-channel campaigns, creating and maintaining project documentation, and acting as a quality controller for work created. You will also be responsible for managing client issues, finances, and budgets.

Requirements
- Experience in a similar role within a reputable agency
- Retail experience would be beneficial
- ADMA qualifications would be highly desired
- Flawless attention to detail and the ability to follow and drive the BMF process
- Emerging strategic confidence, contributing to the strategic and business thinking
