Vice President, FP&A

We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead our global financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating 2U’s mission into a rigorous financial roadmap, overseeing the end-to-end financial planning process, and driving operational excellence through data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA or CPA strongly preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (SVP or VP) in a public company or private equity backed company with revenues in excess of $500M
  • Prior experience in EdTech, SaaS, or Higher Ed is strongly preferred
  • Expert-level financial modeling, deep understanding of GAAP, and experience managing complex global P&Ls and valuations
  • Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (Workday preferred) and EPM tools (Workday Adaptive Planning)
