Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or consulting within the U.S. healthcare domain
- Experience working with healthcare data and supporting client-facing initiatives
- Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, and solution translation
- Proven analytical skills with the ability to validate data quality, identify trends, and support insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Proactive, organized, and self-directed approach to managing project responsibilities
