Abbott is seeking a Senior Manager, Omnichannel Marketing & Strategic Partnership to lead integrated, full-funnel marketing strategies that accelerate growth across retail and digital ecosystems. The role requires a dynamic leader with experience in omnichannel, shopper marketing, and retail media within CPG, healthcare, or related industries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA strongly preferred
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience
- Deep expertise in omnichannel, shopper marketing, and/or retail media
- Proven track record of driving measurable business results through integrated marketing strategies and retail media investments
- Demonstrated experience managing multimillion-dollar marketing budgets
- Deep knowledge of retail media ecosystems, platforms, and measurement methodologies
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience building and developing high-performing teams
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
