The Finance Business Partner leads the financial planning and analysis processes and requirements across businesses supported. Provides financial guidance in compliance with financial policies, prepares management analysis of actual vs. benchmark results, provides business decision support and leads key projects and initiatives to improve financial processes.
Requirements
- Track and report daily sales to Greater Europe senior management
- Prepare and develop annual budget, and financial forecasts as required
- Challenge and evaluate all business projections and forecasts for accuracy, acceptability and conformance to strategic objectives
- Maintain and develop reporting together with management of sales and operational budgets
