We are hiring Sales Development Representatives with experience and a strong sales intuition to excel within our elite sales organization. The ideal candidate will have fluency in a Nordic language and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for contacting potential clients, identifying client needs, and suggesting appropriate products/services. The candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a positive and motivating way with internal counterparts and external customers.
Requirements
- 6 months – 1 plus years proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive or similar role
- Fluency in a Nordic language is a must
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a distributed sales team
- Strong, professional communication skills — written, verbal, presentation
- Aptitude to manage numerous requests and time demands concurrently, while achieving production goals from assigned territory or set of accounts
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience
