Overview

Now is an amazing time to join Nozomi Networks as we build the future of OT and IoT cybersecurity. We defend some of the world’s largest organizations and critical infrastructure in more than 68 countries and we’re just getting started. Our AI-powered cybersecurity platform secures operational technology (OT) and Internet of Things (IoT) infrastructures for enterprises and government entities across energy, manufacturing, transportation, resources, and critical infrastructure.

Our Sales department is hiring a Vice President, Global Revenue Operations, to architect and lead the end-to-end commercial engine that powers scalable, predictable growth. You’ll unify marketing, sales, customer success, channel, finance, product, and operations into a cohesive revenue coalition. Your mission is to align strategy, data, process, and technology across the buyer journey—transforming insights into impact and enabling omnichannel, AI-driven execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Translate GTM strategy and revenue goals into operational playbooks. Map buyer/seller journeys through their entire lifecycle, define funnel outcomes, and orchestrate execution. Lead forecasting, QBRs, board reporting, and investor-level insights.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Build a “commercial coalition” across all revenue-generating functions. Establish shared KPIs, unified data sources, and end-to-end processes. Drive territory design, quota setting, and headcount planning using scenario modeling.
  • Technology & Data Strategy: Audit and optimize the Revenue-Tech stack (CRM, CPQ, analytics, enablement, AI tools). Own the data model: ensure integrity, accessibility, and actionable insights. Deploy AI copilots for forecasting, scoring, segmentation, and renewal alerts.
  • Advanced Analytics & Modeling: Design predictive dashboards and machine learning-based forecasting models. Implement territory optimization, compensation modeling, and performance metrics. Monitor pipeline health, win rates, ramp time, and deal velocity.
  • Operational Rigor & Enablement: Lead specialized functions: Order Desk, Deal Enablement, Sales Enablement, and Compensation. Standardize global deal execution with playbooks, templates, and risk frameworks. Partner with Legal, Finance, and Compliance to accelerate deal cycles and ensure governance.
  • Transformation & Change Leadership: Assess and evolve Revenue Operations maturity: from basic coordination to centralized, AI-enabled operations. Build and execute a multi-phase roadmap with clear milestones and dependencies. Champion change through workshops, enablement, and continuous feedback loops.
  • Governance & Continuous Improvement: Own the Revenue Operations fact base and success metrics across the funnel. Maintain dashboards and cadence rhythms for performance visibility. Reassess maturity, recalibrate strategy, and mitigate common pitfalls.
  • Executive Leadership: Manage and build a team of exceptional revenue operations professionals. Support the Chief Revenue Officer through inspirational leadership and strong direction setting for the global organization, and cross-functional thought leadership across the entire customer’s journey.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years in Sales, Marketing, or Revenue Operations at a high-growth B2B or SaaS company
  • Proven leadership in cross-functional go-to-market programs and operational transformation
  • Deep expertise in Revenue-Tech platforms (Salesforce, Clari, Gong, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Extensive systems transformation experience in Salesforce in transforming a $100M ARR company through the journey to $350M
  • Strong analytical skills: forecasting, scenario modeling, compensation design
  • Conceptual fluency in artificial intelligence/machine learning and its application to revenue processes
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence across technical and business audiences
  • Exceptional program management and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • Empathetic leadership style with a track record of building high-performing teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced training in strategy, analytics, or artificial intelligence preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in cybersecurity, OT/IoT, or regulated verticals
  • International exposure and sensitivity to regional go-to-market variations
  • Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST, ISO 27001)
  • Passion for innovation, operational excellence, and inclusive leadership
  • Demonstrable experience of using AI-enabled tools as part of day-to-day work activities to improve efficiency, quality, or decision-making
  • Ability to work effectively with AI-assisted tools while applying sound professional judgement and accountability for outputs
