As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring revenue teams have the necessary data, processes, and tooling to perform at their best. This involves building and maintaining dashboards, improving processes, and ensuring pipeline data accuracy. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to understand campaign performance and pipeline outcomes.
Requirements
- Experience in a revenue operations, sales operations, or commercial analyst role
- Curiosity for data and process, with a track record of making things work better
- Comfortable working in a CRM (HubSpot experience preferred)
- Solid understanding of a B2B sales pipeline, including stages, conversion rates, and data hygiene
- Confidence in Excel or Google Sheets, with experience in BI tools a bonus
- Experience with lead scoring and qualification frameworks
- Comfortable working with marketing to understand campaign performance
- Highly organised and proactive, with a natural instinct to spot gaps and fix them
