Role Overview
The Sales Operations Associate II will work across functions and technologies to build lasting partnerships, deliver value beyond products, and help customers transform ideas into real-world solutions while growing their own career in a global technology organization.
What You Will Do
Responsible for the day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts, performs sales support functions, and serves as a liaison between Arrow’s internal resources, vendor resources, and customers.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of related experience in sales, customer support, or operations, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
