Sales Operations Senior Analyst

Role Overview

This role is part of the Global Capability Center GCC and is designed to take on key sales administrative and data management activities currently handled by Customer Engagement Support Executives CESs.

What You Will Do

Supporting the sales for License training pricing budgeting and negotiation Backend support, Equip sales teams with the right content, training, and data to drive sales activity.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Commerce Economics or a related field
• Relevant years of experience in sales operations data management MIS reporting or a similar analytical support role
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, lookups, pivots, data cleaning, and PowerPoint
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to run quality checks and spot data discrepancies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-geography collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliverables simultaneously under tight timelines
