Role Overview
As our Senior People Operations Specialist, you will be our very first People team hire on the ground. You will play a pivotal role in establishing our local presence, building scalable HR processes, and nurturing a vibrant, compliant, and inclusive company culture.
What You Will Do
Serve as the subject matter expert on local labour law, and statutory requirements. First point of contact for HR & Workplace Ops inquiries from our Poland employees. Work closely with our Workplace Operations team to ensure our in-office employee experience remains consistent with all other offices.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, ideally in a fast-paced, growing global tech company
- Experience working with HR systems, ideally Workday, and Google Suite.
- In-depth knowledge of Polish laws, guidelines, and compliance regulations relative to employment
- Fluent Polish proficiency alongside fluent written and spoken English
