Payroll Associate – CRO

Role Overview

Manage payroll, finance, and staff accounts, ensuring quality service and operational efficiency while projecting a warm image of ADIB.

What You Will Do

Enter payroll transactions, calculate overtime, prepare payment memos, and assist in JV/GLs reports.

Assist in process improvements, provide detailed responses to internal audit comments, and comply with ADIB’s policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Broad knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Banking financial products & services
• Thorough knowledge of ADIB’s Retail Credit & Operational Policies & Procedures
• Good knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations & risks
• Thorough knowledge of all the Regulations issued by Central Bank of UAE
• General awareness of competitors in the local market
• Fair knowledge of service standards
