Role Overview
The RevOps Systems team owns Salesforce and the broader ecosystem of systems that power Xendit’s revenue engine. As the team scales, a new role is dedicated to keeping the Salesforce platform and all its integrated systems of actions healthy and continuously improving.
What You Will Do
Perform basic Salesforce configuration, lead Continuous Improvement sprints, manage other Salesforce integrated Sales tools, and maintain platform health.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, hands-on proficiency with declarative Salesforce configuration, and experience running or contributing to sprint-based delivery.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar hands-on platform administration role
- Hands-on proficiency with declarative Salesforce configuration
- Experience running or contributing to sprint-based delivery
- Comfortable triaging and prioritizing a live queue of enhancement requests from multiple stakeholders at once
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Comfortable operating with a small team, holding ambiguity, and making prioritization calls independently
- Experience in performing systems configuration for Salesforce integrated 3rd party platforms
