Support the Brand Marketing Director in developing short- and long-term consumer-facing branding strategies and marketing activities for adidas Golf campaigns, products, technologies, innovations, and events in Japan. Develop a strong understanding of the Global Brand Calendar and adapt it into a Japan Brand Calendar.

Requirements

  • Support the Brand Marketing Director in driving both short- and long-term brand strategies and executing seasonal marketing activities across Japan.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Global Brand Calendar and take ownership of adapting and executing a locally relevant Japan Brand Calendar in collaboration with MD and channel stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are aligned with global brand direction while meeting local business and consumer needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with the Global GOLF BU to ensure alignment, consistency, and effective communication across regions.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of integrated marketing programs that enhance brand visibility, strengthen consumer engagement, and drive commercial performance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., MD, Sales, Retail, Digital, PR) and external partners to ensure best-in-class execution across all consumer touchpoints.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance brand impact, and optimize execution efficiency.
  • Retain brand consistency and accuracy across all marketing channels and products.
