Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in order management, sales operations, or trade compliance
- Customer Support: 2+ years of experience delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced business environment
- Hands-on proficiency using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Demonstrated understanding of international shipping documentation, export control principles, and trade regulatory compliance
