We’re looking for a Compliance Data Analyst to join our Compliance Data team, which sits at the intersection of regulatory excellence and data innovation. As a Compliance Data Analyst, you will automate compliance processes, bridge the gap between regulatory requirements and data points, build data literacy, monitor risk, own data integrity, and drive strategy.
Requirements
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark, specifically within Big Data using Spark, Airflow, and Git
- Collaboration with non-technical teams and translation of business requirements into technical plans
- Detail-oriented and able to pinpoint inaccuracies and analyze behavior within large datasets
- Automation-First mindset and ability to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
- Background in Compliance, Finance, Risk, or similar industries and teams
- Understanding of the importance and inner working of working within a highly regulated banking environment
