Role Overview
As Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational development of our entire B2B marketing on a national and international level. You will lead a diverse marketing team and work closely with sales, product management, and other interfaces.
What You Will Do
Your tasks will include developing and implementing a comprehensive international B2B marketing strategy, managing central marketing disciplines, and leading the marketing team. You will also be responsible for corporate communication, PR, and media-effective external representation.

We are looking for a candidate with several years of leadership and professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the tourism/consolidator industry. You should have a broad marketing understanding, outstanding strategic thinking, and operational implementation strength.
Requirements
- Completed studies in marketing, communication, economics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the tourism/consolidator industry
- Broad marketing understanding with proven experience in brand, digital, content, and product marketing
- Outstanding strategic thinking combined with operational implementation strength
- High affinity for data-driven marketing and KPI-based management
- Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and high interface competence
- Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
