About The Role
As GTM/Revenue Operations Engineer, you’ll build the revenue engine powering the company’s next stage of growth. You’ll own the systems connecting CRM, product usage, billing, attribution, and automation, turning fragmented data into a trusted source of truth that directly drives revenue.
This isn’t a traditional engineering role. You’ll combine software engineering, data engineering, automation, and business thinking to replace manual GTM work with scalable systems. Working directly with founders and commercial leadership, your work will influence company performance from day one.
What You’ll Do
- Own the entire GTM technology stack, including CRM, billing, product data, attribution, and automation
- Build scalable automations replacing manual sales and operations workflows
- Develop revenue pipelines, lead scoring, routing, enrichment, and lifecycle automation
- Build dashboards covering MRR, NRR, CAC, payback, pipeline, activation, expansion, and retention
- Connect Product, Sales, Growth, and Customer Success into a unified data ecosystem
- Build APIs, integrations, and internal tooling that improve commercial execution
- Partner directly with founders to continuously improve revenue systems
- Ship production-ready solutions quickly and iterate based on measurable business impact
What We’re Looking For
- Strong software engineering fundamentals with production-quality Python, TypeScript, and SQL
- Experience building APIs, integrations, automations, and data pipelines
- Excellent understanding of databases, schemas, and modern SaaS architectures
- Ownership mentality with strong commercial awareness
- Ability to move quickly, prototype, measure, and iterate
- Comfortable working in highly ambiguous startup environments
Nice to Have
- GTM Engineering, Revenue Engineering, RevOps, or Analytics Engineering experience
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Attio, Stripe, dbt, BigQuery, or Snowflake
- Experience at early-stage or venture-backed startups
- Experience building systems supporting both self-serve and enterprise sales motions
