Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to partner with C-level executives at large US enterprises on AI adoption and digital transformation. You’ll shape high-impact initiatives, translate complex technology into business outcomes, and lead clients from strategy through execution.

What You Will Do

– Act as a trusted advisor to C-level and V-level executives within large enterprise organizations; – Define and lead strategic initiatives related to digital transformation, modernization, and AI adoption; – Partner with clients to shape AI strategies, identify high-impact use cases, and support execution end-to-end;

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in U.S. consulting
  • Experience managing client relationships in the IT services or custom software development industry
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in large enterprises and participating in or leading digital transformation or modernization programs
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Strong technical understanding of IT projects
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills
  • Valid U.S. Visa and availability to travel quarterly
