Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to help accelerate AGR’s growth across Europe. This is a dual player-coach role, combining hands-on sales development with the leadership of an international SDR team.
What You Will Do
Lead a team of five SDRs, generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting, identify and qualify prospective customers, and engage prospects to book high-quality meetings for Account Executives.

Requirements
- Experience as a high-performing Senior SDR who is ready to move into a team leadership role, or previous experience as an SDR Team Lead
- Native-level fluency in at least one of AGR’s core market languages: British English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a genuine interest in developing people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A data-driven approach and the ability to analyse KPIs, identify performance gaps and take action
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Experience using a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot, and modern sales engagement tools
- A proactive, resilient and hands-on approach suited to a fast-paced international environment
