Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Development Team Lead to help accelerate AGR’s growth across Europe. This is a dual player-coach role, combining hands-on sales development with the leadership of an international SDR team. Approximately 50% of your time will be focused on managing, coaching and developing a team of five SDRs working across different markets. The remaining 50% will be dedicated to generating qualified pipeline in your own market and leading by example.
What You Will Do
Lead, coach and develop a team of five SDRs across multiple European markets. Generate qualified pipeline through outbound prospecting in your assigned market. Identify and qualify prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.

Requirements
- Experience as a high-performing Senior SDR who is ready to move into a team leadership role, or previous experience as an SDR Team Lead
- Native-level fluency in at least one of AGR’s core market languages: British English, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish
- Experience in B2B SaaS or technology sales
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a genuine interest in developing people
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A data-driven approach and the ability to analyse KPIs, identify performance gaps and take action
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Experience using a CRM platform, preferably HubSpot, and modern sales engagement tools
- A proactive, resilient and hands-on approach suited to a fast-paced international environment
