Head of Account Management for a multi-8-figure business helping founders and operators scale with AI. The role involves building the account management function, designing and owning the operating model, and leading a team to manage and grow client relationships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management, client success, or CS leadership
  • Background in management consulting, B2B agency, high-growth info or coaching business, or SaaS
  • Has built or redesigned a CS or AM operating model
  • Has led or grown a team
  • Has retained a high-value client through a difficult period
  • Comfortable making decisions and moving fast in ambiguity
  • AI-native: thinks in systems, uses AI tools daily, can map and improve a workflow end to end
  • Native or near-native written and spoken English
