Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management, client success, or CS leadership
  • Background in management consulting, B2B agency, high-growth info or coaching business, or SaaS
  • Experience building or redesigning a CS or AM operating model
  • Leadership experience in growing a team
  • AI-native with the ability to think in systems and use AI tools daily
