Requirements
- 5+ years in account management, client success, or CS leadership
- Background in management consulting, B2B agency, high-growth info or coaching business, or SaaS
- Experience building or redesigning a CS or AM operating model
- Leadership experience in growing a team
- AI-native with the ability to think in systems and use AI tools daily
