Requirements
- 5+ years in account management, client success, or CS leadership
- Background in management consulting, B2B agency, high-growth info or coaching business, or SaaS
- Experience in building or redesigning a CS or AM operating model
- Ability to lead or grow a team
- Native or near-native written and spoken English
