Head of Account Management

The Head of Account Management will own the account management function, building the team and systems to support clients, and achieving successful outcomes. They will report to senior leadership and have a direct line to them.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in account management, client success, or CS leadership
  • Background in management consulting, B2B agency, high-growth info or coaching business, or SaaS
  • Has built or redesigned a CS or AM operating model
  • Has led or grown a team
  • AI-native, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to make decisions quickly
  • Native or near-native written and spoken English
