Role Overview
The Senior Specialist Brand Marketing – Sponsorships, Events and Ambassadors will support the AIA brand, event, sponsorship and ambassador programs, delivering high quality, strategic and well-planned events, campaigns and ambassador management.
What You Will Do
The role will involve project managing allocated events, sponsorships and ambassador activities, identifying meaningful opportunities to ensure maximum value is extracted across the event, sponsorship and ambassador program, and leading end-to-end event and sponsorship campaign planning and management.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in event and sponsorship or brand marketing, preferably with exposure to insurance, financial services or other related industries
- Proven success in delivering events and activations with objectives in awareness and engagement among target audiences
- Proven experience in large, complex format event development, planning, and execution
- Experience in event proposal and partnership development
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels (both internally and externally)
- A strong work ethic with a high level of personal accountability
