Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in Service Design, Customer Experience (CX), or Customer Insights
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and insight generation
- Experience with customer satisfaction surveys, VoC programs, or CX measurement tools
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles and digital customer journeys
- Proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), or dashboard creation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and drive improvements proactively
