The FP&A Transitional Officer in VMC COE is responsible for supporting financial planning, reporting, manufacturing close, and compliance activities for the VMC / ISC function. The role is accountable for accurate and timely data preparation, execution support, analysis, and coordination across forecasting, budgeting, inventory valuation, intercompany processes, and management reporting.
Requirements
- Proven work experience of “1 to 3 years” in costing and FP&A role
- Professional Degree in Accounting or Costing (ACA, ICWA, CMA)
- Sound stakeholder management skill
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools ERP, HFM, BI, Power BI, CFIN and other data analytics software systems experience
- Adoptability to industry-specific technology updates and trends
- Experience in reviewing and maintaining material master data to ensure accuracy and consistency
