FP&A Manager

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Westwood, MA looking for an FP&A Manager to join their team. This position is a hybrid role expected to be onsite 1-2x a week.

Requirements

• Support annual budgeting and ongoing forecasting processes.
• Analyze financial and operational performance trends to provide management insights.
• Develop and maintain financial models for planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Prepare financial reports with key insights, variances, and recommendations.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual results and budget/forecast.
