Role Overview
The role involves leading marketing across a small, growing portfolio spanning rare neurology, rare tumours, and rare bone and endocrine disorders. The successful candidate will connect opportunities across brands and lifecycle stages, strengthen external and customer focus, and help the team use digital tools, data, and AI responsibly to improve commercial effectiveness.
What You Will Do
The Marketing Manager will lead strategic and operational marketing across the portfolio, balancing in-line performance with future launch readiness. They will drive commercial readiness for future launches, including segmentation, positioning, messaging, forecasting, governance, and tracking effectiveness.

- Experience managing more than one brand or indication across different lifecycle stages, including launch preparation or commercialization.
- Proven ability to prioritize investments and make informed trade-offs using customer insight, data, forecasting, and commercial judgement.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and partnership with Medical Affairs and Market Access in a matrix organisation.
- Working knowledge of omnichannel strategy, CRM, customer journey mapping, digital marketing, and performance measurement.
- Clear written and verbal communication, project leadership, and the ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders.
